Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Olena Özman, Heiligendammer Str. 17, 14199 Berlin, Phone: +49 30 81720181, Email: info@akzentz.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you the value of the goods, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we have received the goods back.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The Right of Withdrawal Expires Prematurely for Contracts

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;

• for products from the category “Sales and B-Goods”;

• for goods sold in bottles (this includes soak-off colors, base gels, primers, sealers/top coats, rubber base gels, builder base gels, cuticle oil, etc.), as it cannot be verified whether the product has been altered, contaminated, or used, making resale by the seller impossible for hygienic and/or quality reasons;

• for products that have been used or opened after delivery, as resale by the seller is no longer possible for hygienic and/or quality reasons;

• for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

By completing the purchase of the goods, you confirm that you have read and accepted the withdrawal instructions and the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
